All of the Personal Trainers who work in our studios have a Level 3 Personal Training Certificate. In addition, many of them have additional specialist qualifications covering areas such as nutrition, weight lifting, injury rehabilitation etc

Every client is unique, not only in their requirements, but also in their personality. At Profound Fitness we believe that a Personal Trainer needs to match both in terms of skill set but also personality. Our Personal Trainers are varied in age, gender, experience and personality.
The Profound Fitness studios are available 24/7 so you can train when you want. With over 40 Personal Trainers working in the studios we can find someone who will work with a client when and where they want whether it be early mornings, late evenings, weekends or during the day.
All of the Personal Trainers who work in our studios are self-employed so there is no fixed pricing structure with each trainer having the freedom to negotiate specific terms with their clients. There are no contract commitments or joining fees. This ensures that client’s get value for their money.
Profound Fitness provides high quality equipment in all of its studios. Free weights include barbells, dumbbells and kettle bells. Specialist resistance machines are used for leg extensions, leg curls, lat pull downs, seated rows etc. Resistance bands, suspension equipment, bosu balls and swiss balls are used for low impact training. Plus individual Personal Trainers have their own specialist kit if required.
At Profound Fitness we believe that a client’s training should be both challenging and enjoyable. We limit the number of Personal Trainers in the studios at any one time to ensure that they can give their best to their clients.
